Featuring the Ten-Year birthday celebration of Olympic Culinary Loop, and an inspirational and interactive session of looking back on the successes of this past tourism season as we are all challenged to authentically plan ahead by our Jamestown S’Klallam Tribal host's strategic commitment to
"Plan through the lens of the next seven generations".

Start the day off with a Continental Breakfast network briefing celebrating good news from the Olympic Peninsula Tourism Commission (OPTC).
Nibble and Network to a breakfast of fresh fruit, house-made granola, yogurt, muffins & turnovers. Coffee, orange juice and water
Highlights will include a review of spring and fall marketing campaigns, strides gained by the WA State Tourism groups, and a sneak peek into the upcoming Spring 2020 Olympic Peninsula Tourism Summit.

Lunch & Learn attendees will be well-fed thanks to full servings of food, wisdom and networking opportunities. Each will leave with actionable and inspirational takeaways aimed at identifying and building upon each individual's own authentic strengths.
Lunch will feature fresh and sustainably sourced delights from the Chef's at 7 Cedars House of Seven Brothers Restaurant as well as the first cup of the recently crowned Official Olympic Peninsula Chowder!
Our buffet line will include THE Olympic Peninsula Clam Chowder (winners recipe), Wild Salmon w/citrus Beurre Blanc,
Mediterranean Boneless Chicken Breast (free-range), Au Gratin Potatoes, Locally sourced Vegetable Medley, Dessert

Tour & Networking - 2:00PM - 4:00PM VIP Totem Tour (Free, but limited tickets are - required)
After the Lunch & Learn you are invited to sit in on an Olympic Culinary Loop Board meeting or grab a FREE, but limited, ticket and be inspired by the Jamestown S'Klallam Tribe - well known - for their magnificent totems across the North Olympic Peninsula, highlighting traditional carving techniques and sharing their NW Coast stories. Join tribal experts to learn the history and the stories of some of the area's key totems. See and learn the story of City of Sequim's totem. Visit the new Carving Shed and talk with local carvers. Space is limited so please call 360.452.8552 to confirm your participation.
Social Hour - No-Host mixer, 4:30PM - 6:00PM (Location Totem Room, 7 Cedars Casino) (Free ticket - RSVP requested)
Raise a toast to the day and relax and recharge with friends old and new as we learn "What's NEW on the Olympic Peninsula"! The no-host mixer will offer appetizers and additional networking opportunities from some Olympic Peninsula tourism organizations. Including 7 Cedars Hotel; Sequim Sunshine Festival; Port Angeles Waterfront Campus (including Field Hall, Marine Discovery Center, Elwha Cultural Center) and others.
